Best way for me was take the bigger end with the window in it, and fold over the corners slightly so it's almost square then roll it up, fits in no problem!
Hi Max, my replacement for a 2012 SV 175 that died in 2020. A replacement front plate now fitted! Most of body has clear protective film, except bonnet where stripes are as they turn the matte finish into gloss. We get EU6 standards but that also means I got a CSR 485. An enormous step up. I'd have preferred standard dash but we get no option. Just about every other option box was ticked. The local Lotus Club has offered a subsidized track day with professional tuition at Phillip Island MotoGP track in late August. I am very much looking forward to that! I love the look of the white stripes. Congrats and Well Done.

It does indeed! Especially when you've stepped up 65hp and 1500 rpm...thank goodness for the shift lights.
I think the dark stripes look more aggressive but I always had a desire for a lighter shade of the colour. As mine was an order job, I could have what I want and it nearly drove me crazy. CC kindly sent me all of their promo photos but that was a problem as some looked much stronger than others depending on the light. None of the 6 panel beaters I contacted use the Spies Hecker paint tints that CC use. I tracked down the importer and he was happy to make me a sample so I could get something done as a sample. I nearly fell over when the colour code supplied by CC did exist on the importers computer. At that point I gave up and ordered.
I like the impact the white stripes has as it lightens the look of the car. Nice. But I don't expect any changes to be made, other than improving the driver!
Had some time today so thought I would fit a couple of bits I had tucked away.
fitted a new gear knob ad the original was looking a bit tired, also replaced the plastic handbrake cover with the nice machined aluminium Caterham version, which looks much better! But was a bit of a pain to fit to say the least!
But very happy with the bits, really freshens up the cabin again.
Managed to get a couple more bits ticked off the list this afternoon.
applied Tesa tape to the leading edge of the aero wishbones to avoid stone chips.
also hopefully after the car goes back to Caterham in a couple of weeks for some warranty bits, I will be able to book some track days. With that in mind I had a couple of tow straps sitting in the garage from a previous project so I thought I might as well get them fitted to the seven. I made sure to wrap most key areas with electrical tape to avoid any metal on metal, and secured the D rings and straps with a few cable ties to make sure nothing will be rattling around!
Practice and warmth.

Very much like myself, Bruce. I went from a Roadsport 140 straight to a CSR 260.
I have noticed a difference!
Nice colour.
Alan
Very nice! Bet it shifts!
