Yes it has, also a friend of mine has a 150 and went the same route two years ago,  having had his car since 2008 , the car has never performed like it !

Im told Steve G sorted the 150 out for Caterham but they had already made there minds up to go to the 140 as they could take the 140 engine unit straight out of the box and put it in the car !

Luke Stevens at Team Leos Motorsport has Steve work with him at his rolling road in Fordham near Newmarket should that be easier for you ?

i was in contact with Steve early last year and luckily he has a rolling near Milton Keynes he can use, which is local to me.

I would certainly go back to him and have a chat.
It is a re-map that he does and adjustment to the throttle bodies.
The  other thing I did as to have a lightened flywheel fitted, that also was a fantastic upgrade to the car.

If they are setup properly 150 Sigmas are great.  But all to often I have seen them poorly setup.  One early car (version 1 of the Caterham TBs) had never been balanced, because obviously who ever serviced it for 10 years could be bothered with removing the fuel rail, and yes that was a specialist.   I have adjusted and setup ten, maybe more 150s now, only one was running well when it arrived.

Lots of reasons to modify a car, don't let poorly maintained be one of them.

Are there problems with CC RBTB as I have never heard of any? Obviously set up is crucial - airflow, TPS etc.

Have run RBTB for ten years now without any starting or running issues.  Of course that is now a curse upon my car!

#16, I've not heard of any issues with the roller barrel bodies. The TB's used on the Sigma 150's are traditional butterfly bodies I believe, and it's these that have the chequered reputation for balancing.
