It looks like you where 2 hundredths of a second to slow and all the places have gone.
But seriously I really hope we can squeeze you in.
Each time I've spoken to the Oyster Catcher crew, they've been keen to stress that they would have difficulty serving more than 32 (or two groups of 16) on a Saturday night, and I agreed that we would limit numbers. Jon and Charlotte, and Phil, you are on the reserve list.
If anyone is unable to make the Anglesey weekend (perhaps for fuel availability reasons), please post, and then we can offer the place. That's assuming that the rival Garage Disco doesn't prove too tempting.
It is only fair that people taking part in the Championship should be able to go to the meal. So Elaine and I will drop out to let others in.
So if that lets Jon and Charlotte in I am happy to drop out and let Phil have my place.
in all probability he has less opportunity ahead than me, so only fair.
Tony, the Sandy Mount House in Rhosneigr is supposed to be excellent if you're looking for food.
Thank you Dan it looks good.
Would Geoff and Elaine like to join me?
Geoff and Elaine, that's very gracious of you, so Jon and Charlotte, you are in.
Tony, the idea that Phil might not have many years left is a bit harsh. We'll help him up the stairs.
This is not a problem, I am very happy to join the crew at the Sandy Mount House if they will have me , even if Tony is attending !! rather than push the The Oyster Catcher to the limit , So if that’s ok with all ,please book me a place at Sandy Mount in lieu of the Oyster Catcher.
I have tried to book a smaller table for the evening to help make space but they only have 4.30 available.
Now Ben might be able to get there by then but not me!
Megan, Ben's wife and son Celt are now joining us for the weekend as Celt wants to see Simon's race car.
I can not follow the numbers here now so if there is space Megan and Celt would like to join. If not then let us know and we can try to work something else out.
Some advice all.... petrol on the island is still in fairly short supply at present. Tesco filling station at Bangor was closed a couple of days ago. Hopefully things will improve by the weekend, however be mindful of this.
Secondly - we've got forecasts of heavy winds and rain at the weekend, therefore don't plan for shorts and t-shirts ;-). Hopefully the rain will pass and drop on Snowdonia however. If it does I'll pop over! Can't see it being Caterham weather though!
