Some of our members at Reims en route (that is yer actual French) to Italy in 2013.

Gloucestershire is one of England’s larger counties, bordering Wales and the River Severn in the West and running from just North of Bristol in the South to the Cotswold towns of Moreton-in-Marsh in the North and Cirencester in the East. In between are some great roads, Prescott hillclimb course (near Cheltenham) and Caterham specialists Millwood, just outside Dursley, run by the ever-helpful Jon Vicker.

At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 we suspended our old pub monthly meets, replacing them with a Sunday morning 11am 45 minute Zoom call (let me know if you'd like to join or to see if it suits you). In 2021, we're looking to have weekend and weekdays blats too, so keep an eye open for announcements.

As an area, we try to be pretty active, enjoying outings and blats far and wide. Partners are always welcome  - and no, he or she doesn't have to know which end of a camshaft is which. Much as we love our 7s too, we recognise that life is more than just 7 shaped so, even on our blats, you may prefer to bring another car - all are welcome and indeed some of our regulars are ex-7ers or are between 7s.

Competition-wise we have few active members , although I've competed at the Brighton Speed Trials in my trusty 1988 crossflow engined car since 1997 and proved embarassingly slow at a few hillclimbs too. But whether you compete, spectate ort can't stand motor sport you're always welcome.

We aim to be a friendly bunch and welcome new members. Any queries, please email

Thanks and hope to see you soon.

When and where we meet

No current monthly meet but we're keeping that under review. We do have a Sunday morning 11am Zoom meet - let Andy know if you'd like to join us on that.
